Because . . .
Quite simply, College Sports Online, Inc. provides World Wide Web
site development and maintenance services to clients. We are in
this business because we have found that sports information
professionals have very real concerns about Web sites with which
they have responsibility. The most voiced include:
- All schools and conferences should have an
athletic site.
- Continuing maintenance must be provided in
such a way to relieve the burden on understaffed offices.
- Updates should be timely — not several
days later.
Furthermore, within smaller athletic
departments especially, the personnel resources cannot support Web
site work as is necessary. Assistance by other in-house
departments may not be satisfactory either.
