College Sports Online, Inc., a member of the US
Internet Industry Association (formerly the Association of Online
Professionals), is a registered  Virginia
corporation located in Forest, Virginia. The company was
established in 1996 by Mr. Rhudy Camper (Virginia Tech, '71), its
president, to provide Web site design and maintenance services for
its clients.
Mr. Camper has coupled a past 22-year career in
a nuclear power engineering environment (where quality is not a
desire — it is a must) with a strong interest in
intercollegiate athletics and Internet technology to begin this
business. He has appeared on a local radio sports talk show to
discuss Internet sports sites and has been a guest on The
Sports Page, an Internet sports talk show originating in New
York City.

developed the first official Web site for the Liberty Bowl
football game in 1996 and maintained it for two years.
