FOREST, VA --- The Athletic Department of Western New Mexico University will be venturing even further into the world of "cybersports" with the launch of The Mustangs Online. Athletic Director Scott Woodard, in making the announcement, noted that the new official World Wide Web location for WNMU athletics will have all event press releases, scores, stats, rosters, features, and much more.

Providing the site's development and maintenance service is College Sports Online, Inc. of Forest, Virginia. Rhudy Camper is its president.

"College Sports Online is carving its niche with the NCAA Division II competitive level." states Camper. "Given this focus, Western New Mexico most certainly had to be one of the schools that we wanted to team with. This is especially true because of both the quality of its athletic teams (the softball team advanced to last spring's Elite 8) and the fact that the Mustangs occasionally compete with some of our current clients."

"We are extremely pleased that College Sports Online and the Mustangs' Sports Information Office under the direction of Kent Beatty will now be able to provide WNMU fans a sports site they will want to visit often," concludes Camper.

The Mustangs Online is still a "work in progress," but nevertheless will become the place to be for WNMU sports information, so check back frequently!
