College Sports Online
clients had great spring sports seasons. A number of
clients of College Sports Online had wonderful seasons this
past spring. Highlights follow.
The Apprentice School's
baseball team captured their first USCAA National
Championship. This comes on the heels of the best football
season in 20 years, and a third-place finish in the national
wrestling championships.
The Seattle Pacific
women's track team finished seventh in the NCAA National
Championships -- their best showing since 1993. A freshman
member of the team was the unanimous pick for the conference
female athlete of the year, while a men's basketball player
received the same honor on their side.
The Bowie State softball
team won their first CIAA championship and advanced to the
NCAA regional.
The Western New Mexico
tennis teams had their best seasons in some years,
dramatically going from losing seasons last year to advancing
to the league's championship match on both sides. |
